We’re stepping up our commitment to making a positive impact on our community by bringing the environmental and financial benefits of solar to Ernest A. Clark Terrace! When the sun is shining, our 200 solar panels on the roof produce electricity that is either used in real-time by us or fed back to the grid where it benefits our community by reducing pollution (and earns us a credit). The annual generation from the array will equal roughly 96,589 kilowatt-hours (kWhs) of electricity, offsetting the equivalent of over 120,500 miles driven in a gas-powered car, and keeping more than 94,000 lbs. of carbon out of the atmosphere every year. In addition to receiving a significant reduction in energy costs, we will be able to reduce our carbon footprint and invest in the long-term well-being of people and natural spaces. We are thrilled to take this step on our greater journey towards sustainability through this partnership with ReVision Energy. An employee-owned B-Corp, ReVision shares our dedication to people and community, and we are excited to join them in leading New Hampshire to a clean, solar powered future.
